Our work: a cut above the rest
Oakland Station
Oakland Station was a unique project for many reasons. However, this was the project where my team and I really came together as one. Creating a workflow that became much more collaborative and intentional in how we approached obstacles that would arise throughout the process. Realizing that we aren’t just building homes but sanctuaries for our clients. So our conversations leaned into the future experiences of our clients and their families. Rather than solely focusing on the practical “easy” solutions, we take just a moment longer to look at things through a different lens to ensure the best possible outcome long term.
The interesting thing that we found in this shift in perspective is that we were all much more purpose driven and passionate about what we were building. Which in turn, naturally brought about a new level of efficiency and willingness to work closer together as a team. Bringing costs down through time, materials, and reducing miscommunications.

Sage Valley Homestead
This is a 15,000 square foot destination vacation rental that we are building located in Enoch, Utah just North of Cedar City. Our clients have always had an incredible emphasis on familial and friendly gatherings. Celebrating every moment that we get to spend together. So they wanted to create an oasis of fun and connection. A place where the whole crew could come to recharge and create new experiences together.
From a movie theater to large open dining spaces, to pool, pickle ball courts, and stunning outdoor scenery. This home will be an incredible space for healing, laughter, and gathering families together.
Costa Vida
Here is an example of our commercial spaces that we take pride in. These vary between remodels and new construction. We began with our client who had a big problem when it came to their project duration and timelines. They were looking to do an entirely new rebrand with their store front dining experience.
